I had a problem changing my seat on United and was a little nervous it might turn into a bigger issue, especially since I didn’t want to risk losing the seat I already had. I messaged support not really expecting a fast response, but they got back to me quickly and sorted it out while I was still online. It was way smoother than I expected, and I felt better knowing it was handled right away. 5 stars from me.

My United flight ended up being delayed by about 2 hours, and while sitting around the gate wasn’t exactly my idea of a good time, I did appreciate how quickly they kept me in the loop. I got both a text and an app notification before the gate agent said anything over the speaker, which I noticed because I’d literally just checked the departure board and it still hadn’t changed yet. The updates made the whole thing feel a little less frustrating since I wasn’t just guessing what was happening. I do wish they’d given a more specific reason for the delay, though, instead of the vague wording in the alerts. Overall, not a great situation, but United handled the communication well.

I use united.com now and then to check flights, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag for me. Sometimes the prices feel totally fair and right in line with other sites, but other times I’m kind of frustrated to see the same route costing noticeably more.
I do appreciate that the site makes it easy to look through the basic flight options without too much hassle. But once the add-ons start showing up, the total can slowly climb, and that part always makes me feel a little uneasy.
Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad site at all, just not one I fully trust to have the best price every time. I still check it, but I usually compare with Google Flights before I actually book, just so I don’t feel like I’m missing out on a better deal.

My suitcase did make it there fine, so I guess that’s the main thing. But wow, baggage claim felt like it took forever, especially after a long flight when you’re just standing there half-asleep, watching the belt go around and wondering if your bag is even in the same zip code. The staff didn’t really say much either, which didn’t help. Not a terrible experience or anything, just kind of frustrating when you’re already tired and ready to be done.

I flew United last week the seat was more comfortable than I expected. The leg room was just okay, nothing special, but it was enough to get through the trip without feeling too cramped. I even managed to sleep a little, which is always a win on a flight. By the time we landed, I was just relieved and grateful the ride was smoother than I’d been bracing for.

I flew with United recently, and overall the experience was fine, but the food didn’t really stand out. I had the pasta meal, and while it was served warm, it was bland. It wasn’t awful by any means, just not something I’d be excited to have again.
The drink service was actually better. The coffee was decent, and the flight attendant came by a couple of times offering water and soda, which I appreciated. It felt attentive without being overdone.
For what I paid for the ticket, I was expecting the meal to be a little better. The flight itself wasn’t bad, and the service was perfectly acceptable, but the food could definitely use some improvement.

I had to cancel a flight at the last minute. Already figured it was going to be a whole thing. Phone calls, waiting, confusion... all of that. But doing it on united.com was simple. Found the cancel button without digging around forever. The refund and credit info showed up before I confirmed anything, which helped. Then the email came through almost right away. No long call, no back and forth. Just done. Kind of surprised how smooth it went.

I had a really nice flight with United. The crew was friendly and kept checking in on people, even when things got a little busy. Drinks came out quickly, and they stayed calm and polite with everyone. Compared to some other airlines I’ve flown where you barely see the crew after takeoff, this felt a lot more relaxed and taken care of. It made the whole trip easier. I’d definitely fly with them again.

I checked in on united.com and pulled up my boarding pass before heading to the airport, which made the whole boarding process feel a lot less stressful. It clearly showed my boarding group, so I didn’t have to stand around wondering when I was supposed to line up.
When I got to the gate, the pass scanned right away and everything moved along smoothly. The airport experience as a whole still had a few of the usual little hassles, but boarding itself was organized and easier than I expected

I mostly use united.com for MileagePlus, and in my experience it gets the basics done without much trouble. I can check my miles, look up flights, and book when I need to. The part that gets frustrating is trying to find reward flights that actually feel like a good deal. After using it a bit, it feels like the miles disappear faster than expected, especially if your dates aren’t super flexible. It’s not a bad program, but based on how I’ve used it, I just wish the whole reward booking process felt simpler and more worthwhile.
